Cant Log In

The first screen tells me to choose my internet provider. Since the most popular ones are shown as graphic blocks and mine is near the top, its easy to find. (Of course, theres an ad on the page, partially obscuring the Internet graphics.) Then, when I tap the block for my provider, nothing happens. No log-in screen is presented. Useless app.
