I much prefer the previous app for weather. This one is impossible to use for this purpose. I dont need live feeds, I just want a wether report. I will be moving to another app.

Hourly weather nowhere to be found, despite apps statement that it is available. Old weather app was much better. Dopplar shows past temps, but not future temps. More of a pastcast than a forecast. Color coded temp map are difficult to read. Pretty useless, if you ask me. The weather portion of this app needs much improvement. Miss the old weather app. Worked well enough! I now use weather that comes on iphone.

The old app was much better. I switched to Wxedge app (much better). Would go back if old app comes back.

This app confusing, disjointed and a PITA! The NBC Ct Weather app Ive been using works on my iPhone AND my iPad in landscape and portrait mode. This app will not rotate to landscape (the mode I usually use). I tried to view an article on my iPad and the first thing I see is "Please rotate your screen to landscape mode" There is no clear navigation @ all. The back arrow results in an adventure. And I was frequently requested to"Download our New Improved NBC Connecticut App!" Im glad I havent deleted my old version!

The old app was easy to use & I got the weather instantly. I had to search to find weather on this app after having to read through the latest news. I dont always want the news, just the weather. Wont be using NBC anymore.

I cant find an app support link so Ill post here. Today this app wont load at all. Error mess...data error retry. Well that doesnt work either. Prior to this the app populated very very slowly ever since I updated it. NEVER had any issues prior to this. What the heck???!!!!

So, for the past 2 days, on 3 iDevices, get the message "data error, please try again." Argh! Would love to see less video format information, and more print information. This is my biggest complaint (other than the current nothing loading that is a recent development).

Do not like this app. The old one was fine for my needs! Please allow my to go back to what I had.

The news portion is what youd expect. The weather is subpar. Hard to get good details. Between that and the constantly annoying notifications about the weather and it feels like theyre just add to watch their broadcast. Which they are as 5 minutes before the news every weekday they tell you to watch. Basically admitting the app isnt good enough to get the news and this was just an ad. I havent checked out the other local news apps but its probably time to do that as I like some level of notifications. But this is way over the top.

The weather app was good now I get killed with too many notification about nonsense. Now I wont even use the app.

This app is quite bad; I only have kept it for school closing notices but even that has stopped working. The app is low on content and disorganized. Pop up notices often do not take you to an article about the notice but to some never never land where you are apparently expected to browse further into the app to find the item. I will be deleting this app now.

Crashes on the news stories I want to see. No landscape. Packed with ads and spam. Lots and lots of spammy ads. And now First Alert Weather FORCES you to use this dreck. Forget it, Im going somewhere else.

Bring back landscape view for iPad and maybe Ill give you an extra star.

If I was to give this app a grade it would be a D- or an F. Between the constant pop-ups and constant crashes and the lack of current news and sports and support from people at channel 30, they should just kill the app or hire someone who knows what they are doing. I have been a long time channel 30 fan but not when it comes to this app. Even when I went to the station to complain, all I got was an email from someone claiming to be a manager asking about the problems and then nothing. Must have been some station clerk on their coffee break sending out BS emails. I guess they think they are better then their followers. Without those loyal followers the station would be nothing. Its time to change my news source both online and on the television since the folks at channel 30 dont care...

I miss the old weather app. This one seems like it was coded by two year olds. They are taking hints and finally added a landscape mode but still not what I would consider a quality app.

After using this app for a long time with no problems, it now crashes right after launch on my iPhone 6 Plus. Please fix this!

This app give way too many breaking news updates that really arent considered breaking news! I could sneeze and we would all receive a breaking news alert about it.

Let me start by saying of all the CT local news apps the interface on this one annoys me the least, this is the only reason I use it. HIRE DECENT PROOFREADERS PLEASE!!!!!! I have used this app with my 4th grader for lessons on spelling and grammar. He finds and corrects numerous errors. If my 4th grader can find the errors so can you. You are a professional organization for the love of god PROOFREAD! UDATE THE WEATHER!!! Your weather forecast is a joke; obviously copy and pasted from day to day. I have seen this app say current temps ins the 60s and sunny when it was snowing outside. If youre not going to keep it updated delete the feature it makes you look like fools.
